Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

Bar Liability

My boss will be taking over 3 bars in the near future. I will be the manager of those establishments. Who's name should be listed on the liquor license for the establishment and if my name is listed, can I be held liable should something happen to a patron after they leave the bar?

Re: Bar Liability

If you are not the owner of the establishment, you should not put your name on the liquor license. There should also be an insurance policy covering the bar's liability under those circumstances.
