Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

house party

My underage son had a house party last weekend and an problem occured with a child needing hospital attention. Am I in any risk because it was my house even though I was not home and did not supply the alcohol? I know this isn't under the DUI section but it involves alcohol consumption.

Re: house party

Being away from the house is not a license for your son. I assume that alcohol was used, and something happened.

If you provide some omore information:

1. Was there alcohol used?

2. What was the problem?

3. How old was the hospitalized person?

4. What do you believe that some one else may hold you responsible for?

It would be easier to respond if you answer these?
