what can the mass police do if you are 18yrs and found with possession of alcholo but you have not had any to drink

You will be charged with being a "Minor in Possession of Alcohol." The maximum penalty for this offense is a very small fine. If it is your first offense, there is a strong likelihood the case can be dismissed outright, upon the payment of some court costs (probably $100 or less).
