Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

responsibility of a proprietor

A group of people, all over the age of 21, are drinking at a house that is owned by one of their parents and one of the people attending the gathering decides to leave. After leaving the house, the person gets into a car accident because they have been drinking and kills another motorist in the accident. Would the parents who owned the house that the drunk driver left from be responsible in any way for the accident/death and could they be taken to court even if they did not supply the alcohol?
