adoption and child support

In the state of MASS--name removed--if the biological father agrees to let his child be adopted by the biological mother and her new husband--name removed--is the biological father still obligated to pay child support?

Re: adoption and child support

If a child is adopted and the biological's father's parental rights are terminated, then the man is no longer the father, does not pay support, and the adoptive father has the duty to support the child.
