my ex has a capias from 2008 for not showing for a contempt hearing for not paying child support, the courts just sent me new info regarding serving him again he owes me over 30,000, i live in mass. what will happen when we go to court

He will have to explain to the Court why he has not paid you and will be required to make some payment plan.
