My child's mother is looking for child support modification due to me getting married. Could the court go after my new wife's income.

I would recommend that you make an appointment for an office or telephone conversation to discuss your particular situation. If you are getting married, and you have children from a previous marriage, you may want to consider a prenuptial agreement or a trust to make sure that they are provided for in the event that something were to happen to you.
