Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Prior to me relocating togeargia to attend school our court stipulation stated:.....that the father shall call at all reasonable times. My ex-spouse gave me a schedule of his actities and when it would be agood time call to speak to him(not before 7pm or after 720pm. which was ok for the most part, but then later on shesaid that iwould only be allowed to speake to my son twice a week, on mondays and thursdays Thank-you for the time,

You should seek modification of your order to specify a more definte time than "reasonable times." What's reasonable to one party may not be reasonable to the other. Contact a local attorney in the state and county where the father resides.

You need to consult with a local attorney who can read over your divorce papers and discuss the situation. There are several questions that need to be asked and answered, e.g., where was your divorce granted? Where does your ex live? etc. There may be several more, and it is almost impossible to properly advise you in this type of forum.
