court order

can a judge order me to sign a release form giving another state permission to release information about a investigation done on me recently/have not been charged nor arrested for the crime they say i was accused of (child molestation)also can they order the other state agency involved to produce the files they want.have not been charge in this state nor any otherstate.would this be a violation of my rights or a invasions of the minors privacy

The short answer is probably not. But you need an attorney ASAP, as your refusal to sign could have worse consequences than what is in the report.

If the court had access to the information, they would simply demand it without your consent. The Court could, perhaps, take legal custody of your child (if this involves your child), and then the Court would have the legal ability to sign anything that you can sign today. For this reason, you need to speak with an attorney TODAY.... How you act and what you do in the early days of an investigation can have major consequences...
