Obviously there is an ambiguity regarding the word parents.

I do not believe the spirit of the agreement is for the children to be left with the "parents" when she is out of town.

Her lawyer would be expected to approve this, but if I were your lawyer, this court would make me unhappy.

You should seek clarification from the court.

The word "parents" could mean both parents-however, you need to have the court clarify what the agreement means with respects to the word "parents" before you act.
