Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have just filed a chapter 13 and my ex husband is trying to get child support extended entill my son is 21.. he is a full time student , living at home... now in the divorec agrrement we agreed to splint the collage fees in which i have no problem with, but i cant afford to pay child support and collage tuition

You need to file for a modification if there is a material change of circumstances from the date the court approved the initial agreement.
