Giving Up Rights

I am the non custodial parent and would like to give full custody to the custodial parent. I am seeking legal advice on what to do without a lawyer present. I would like my rights given to the custodial parent ASAP. Can you help me?

All you have to do is NOT exercise them. HOWEVER, you should consider the negative affect your behavior will have on your child(ren).
