Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Legal Aid

My brother recently left his wife. They have three children together. She has a restraining order against my brother. There is no real reason for it and she will not let him see the children. He makes a very little amount of money and can not afford a lawyer. Is there any legal aid out there for his situation. Also she is lying about him breaking the restraining order. He will be at home and she is saying he is breaking it. He is afraid of losing his job due to taking time off to go to court for the restraining orders and other things. He has served her with divorce papers and tried to get emergency custody of the children but has a court date in a couple of weeks for it. Can anyone help him?
