can I keep my savings account if I'm getting divorced

I am planning on getting divorced soon and I had $15,000 in a savings account in my own name, I have withdrawn this money from the bank and when asked i plan on saying that I simply spent this, it was my money. Can I do this or will I have to split it with my ex

The court must consider about twenty different factors in dividing property. However, it does have power over all

assets of both parties. Failure to list this asset on your financial statement is perjury and therefore, a crime. You

should list the account and prepare on the factors so that you can present your best case to the judge.
