Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My situation is my childrens mother takesme in and out of court every 3 to 4 months. i have vistations every wednesday and wednesday night and every other weekend. i pay child support and they are on my insurance. she ismiserable and is using the court for her benefit. my 10 year old has real nails on due to her mother, and a cell phone. ridiculous. she is liing to the courts about her current address she lives with a roommate and pays half the bills she used to pay. im trying to find out information on her last landlord which she has documented with the court but i get no response. what can i do i don't want to have to go back to curt over and over because she is miserable and can't move on with her life.

First of all, you need to hire an experienced family law attorney to get this behavior nipped in the bud asap. I assume the reason you are on here asking this question is because you think you cannot afford one. Just ask yourself how much all of this trouble is worth to you - for the next 10 years or so. An attorney can force her to disclose her true income and expenses or else she will be in contempt. They can also help you change your current custody arrangement if that is something you're interested in. In any event, she will almost certainly continue this charade if you let her.
