Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

i apply for a fiance visa and when i went for my interview i forget to put a perious marriage on the apply and now the application is send back to the usa for inteview i need how long the processed and do you think i should just start back over back it was approved for july-nov and my interview was in nov would they still cont to processed the application are since in was approve for those 4 month in no longer good ever those we were married we didn't live togther i file for him but then he divorced me and that was 20th year ago

I am sorry to hear that you forgot to include information about your previous marriage into the visa application. Unfortunately, it looks like a fiance visa will be denied and petition will be revoked. I suggest you consult an immigration attorney.
