Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

changing visa

If a person comes to the usa on a visa, and wanted to stay and work...I know the person could switch the visa to a work visa. IF I hire a lawyer to do this, how much would their services cost?

Re: changing visa

Dear Inquirer:

There are many different working visa categories and with different requirements and varying attorney's fees for each.

I recommend that you email [email protected] or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com if you would like to schedule an appointment for a confidential consultation to discuss this matter further.

You shall consult lawyers in private. This forum is not a place to ask lawyers for a quote. First of all, a lawyer has to see if you are eligible for a change of status to a work visa.
