Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

H4-h1-h4

I came to US on H4 (expired in 2007), got H1 approval in 2006 and valid till 2009 Oct. I don't have any paystubs or W2's. now I want apply for H4. what are my chances and the best way. Pls help

Do you mean that you had your change of status from H4 to H1B, but then you actually did not work for H1b employer?

If so, you are out of status, and have been since you stopped working for H1b employer. You cannot change status to any other non-immigrant status/visa. If you want to get H4, it could possibly be done only by consular processing.
