Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

if an idividual recieves permanent resedency through marriage and still has the two year condition on her green card, but her husband decieds he wants to divorce, will she loose her green card since her two year condition has not been removed yet?

She might if she fails to remove conditions after divorce. She needs to consult an attorney right away to start planning the course of actions while she has time. The conditions can be removed if the USCIS approves her waiver application (not a joint petition).
