Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Paid Marriages

There have been people that live around here trying to get U.S. citizens to marry non US citizens for money. They will pay you $1000 if you marry someone that they bring to you. This has to be illegal but I cant any laws stating so and if it is, who do I contact. So far they have arraigned almost 30 marriages. They are selling U.S. citizenships to God knows who.

Thanks
