payroll non citizen of us
Can you have an emplyee for over 5 years and pay him cash?
He is an older German who is married
I believe to a US citizen
He is paid between 800 and 1000 cash per week

Thanks for your inquiry. You say you are paying your employee in "cash." I'm not sure what you mean by this. I could be wrong but to me this suggests that perhaps you may not be complying with labor laws. It would be best to consult with a tax/labor law expert.
