Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts
My question is that My aunt was pregnant with twin when she was here in usa. She had complications and the kids were born premature in usa. Now they are not in america. Is there any new law that the kids can sponser there parent to usa. The age of the kids are 6years old.
1 Answer from Attorneys
No, 6-year old kids can't sponsor their mother. A US citizen child should be over 21 years of age in order to be able to petition for a mother or a father.
