who is suppose to fill in the i-181 form fiance, who is filing for adjustment of status or spose who is a us nautralization citizen.

What is exactly are you asking about? If married -- then no longer a fiance. If applying for adjustment of status as a spouse, then why form I-181? Please clarify your question.
