Legal Question in Insurance Law in Massachusetts

I went to a gas station where a passenger in my car pumped diesel fuel in my car. I had to have my car towed from the gas station to my home. I notified the insurance agent for the company and she informed me that the insurance company would not pay for that type of damage because the person who put the fuel in my car was a passenger. As of now, my car will not pass inspection and I am stuck with a huge repair bill. I have full coverage on my policy and thought that insurance would cover this type of loss.

Huge repair bill? For draining the tank? Should not have cost you more than $100.
