health insurance after divorce

iin the divorce creed it states that the spouce has to pay for the health insurance if there is a cost to it how do we get that money from her she says she won't pay we can't afford to pay for it. also we are getting married she has medicare do we still have to carry insurance for her legally? I looked up chapter 175 section 110I and want to make sure we are right before this ends up in court. want to cover ourselves. he has been paying her part of the health insurance we can't afford to do it anymore and she freaked out at us. thank you in advance for your help

If the decree states that Spouse B is responsible for the health insurance costs (above premiums) of Spouse A, then that is exactly the case.

The subsequent marriage of payor Spouse B should have no real effect on his or her obligations to payee Spouse A.

You speak with an attorney and refrain from making any unilateral change in payments, etc. Only a court can modify the obligations of the spouses.
