Parents responsibility with eighteen year old
If my 18 year old has any kind of car accident to her fault can parents be held responsible in any way

If your daughter was driving your automobile with your permission at the time of the accident (i.e., she did not steal it) then she will likely be covered under your automobile insurance as an authorized driver.
If she was driving her own car with her own insurance at the time of the accident, then you are not responsible merely because she is your daughter.
