Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Massachusetts
my laptop was stolen by a computer co. employee
recently my laptop was stolen (but recovered within an hour) - the woman was a previous client and who stole it stated she was trying to get confidential information on one of our clients...she works for a large computer co. - not only did she go through private/personal info of mine and my co. but managed to change the admin password. The police and my lawyer are already involved but seeing that she works for a large computer company - should they be aware? what else can she be charged with?

If you have a lawyer and police involved, you should rely on them to do their jobs.
