terms and conditions

I need to add a ''Terms and Conditions'' checkbox to my ecommerce website. Do you know of a standard form i can download for this?

I regularly draft terms of use for my clients' websites, and have not put together the same document twice. Each website has elements that require some level of custom drafting. In short, any "standard" or "one size fits all" set of terms will most likely not cover each and every aspect of your site.
