Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts
I own a small computer repair place in massachusetts and I am thinking to get some help whom I can train in technology and in return he/she will give time to be at my shop talking to customers. Just for showing up for 4 hours a day also like to give 25-30 bucks. He is 22 years old and no computer experience at all. Its a one man shop so I can not afford to hire and pay minimum wage to anyone. How do I go by paying him? Do I have to pay tax for him? At the most he will make $120 - $140 bucks a week as per-time learning and helping.

Consider setting up an agreement in which the "student/employee" agrees to participate in such a program.
On another note, you should look into programs with the State that offer low interest loans and grants for similar porgrams.
Be careful of worker's compensation laws.
