I went to court and my tenant is require to remove items from common areas and has not what's next

It depends on what the court order says. If it allows you to remove the items, you will have to call a bonded mover to remove them and put them in storage. If it does not say you can remove them, then you have to go back to court on a contempt motion and ask that you be allowed to remove them and seek costs for the motion and your appearance,

Without reading the order, I can't tell you specifically what you are to do.

I agree with attorney Roth that the answer to your question depends entirely on the court order. You may have a judgment for possession, or you may have an order of the court, or some other stipulation of agreement, and each one may require a different course of action.
