my downstairs neighbor is complaining about my tenant making noise. the condo association has levied fines without substantiating the complaint which I believe is exaggerated and in some instances fabricated to discriminate against my tenant who has her young nephews visit Is that legal and do I have recourse against the condo association

You have the right to request the Board to reconsider and then challenge the assessment in court if need be for discrimination against children which is illegal unless this is an Adult community.
