Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

I live upstairs from my landlady. On several occasions she has come onto my back patio without permission. My kitchen window is on the patio, thus anyone on the patio can see into my house. Once she brought a male contractor up there. I literally had just gotten out of the shower and they were looking in my kitchen window. Lately she's been coming up here to shovel snow, despite my telling her that I am capable of doing it. All I ask for is a heads up that she is coming up so I don't get caught doing dishes in my underwear. She refuses. What rights do I have?

She is entitled to maintain her property, but within reason. Put curtains up if you don't want her looking in or ask her nicely to stop; or move.
