What is the other person's relationship to the property? Are they a co-owner? Are they your tenant? If they are not obligated as a co-owner, or as a tenant, do you have some other agreement with this person that they are responsible for your home loan? Feel free to contact our office if you would like to discuss the particulars of your situation. 617-357-4898.
