My wife just fell in the stairs wat can we do we did call the landlord and nothing he said?

Is she hurt?
Call the ambulance or take her to the hospital. Make sure you detail how her injury happened.
Is there a problem with the stairs in your building? If so, call the City/Town Inspector.
