If a doctor lies about the diagnosis of a patient? If I go to a doctor and he lies to me about what I have. Can I sue him? Something that it is obvious he knew.

Re: Malpractice

Since the question of: "Can I sue.... " often is asked, I will offer a generic response.

In America, we are usuallly free to "sue".

The more valuable question may be: "If I sue, am I likely to win? If so, "How much $ do I stand to win or LOSE"! Remember, If you sue, it costs money and if you sue and lose, it may cost you more money.

Suing is a right that should be used wisely and sparingly.
