Hi if i had an accident at the mgm in foxwoods ct.if it was in a room inside the resort who is responsable mgm resort or foxwoods.who owns the mgm in foxwoods.do you have a claim against owners of mgm or foxwoods .thank you joe.

If your accident happened on tribe property you must realize you have left the sovereign united states and you are in another country and your rights are determined by indian law. You need to get advice from a lawyer not versed in MA law but versed in Mohegan tribe or whichever tribe owns foxwoods law. Best luck, JBS
