Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

filing in two states

If you have an international case and you filed in one state then perhaps think that you should have filed in your own state, can you file in your own state and hold off on it until the judge in the other state decides jurisdiction needs? Is this possible or must you wait till the judge makes that decision and possibly files with prejudice against the defendants who are 100% guilty, what would you do?

Re: filing in two states

You really need to have an attorney review jurisdiction and venue.

Technically only one state can assume control over the case.
