Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

How much notice must a realtor give to show your rental home during the last 30 days of occupancy. They have added a lock box to the door and we have requested 24 hour prior notice. But they aren't honoring this request and have done 4 showings in 6 days. It is getting riddiculous. You work to clean the home and they are bringing people in and not honoring our request for shoes to be removed as we waxed the hardwood floors on our hands and knees. Can we stop them from entering?

they should give you 24 hours notice. Moreover, you should write to the Landlord and the agent regarding people not removing their shoes and you will not be responsible for any excess wear and tear nor will you re-wax the floors prior to departure.
