Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Not renewing lease on mobile home land

My ex-girlfriend and I own a mobile home on rented land. I've wanted to sell since I'm paying. She won't sell. The land lease is up in April and I don't wan't to renew it. What will/can happen? Thank you.

Not renewing lease on mobile home land

If the lease is up, and the lessor does not want to extent the lease, you can do nothing legal about it. You can overstay the lease. However, this exposes you to problems.

Your interest in the space is conditional. You may be able to get a month to month arragement.

If the lessor opposes your stay, you need to make alterante arrangements for your mobile home.

If you believe that you have certain rights that are not obvious from your message, let me know.
