Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Rights of a Widow

Over the past couple of years my brother was having financial difficulties and needed me open up a joint bank account with him. In addition, he put me as the recipient of his life insurance policies. I also helped him to buy a condo, which he is on the deed and I am on the quick deed for.

My brother is now getting married and I'm wondering what will happen when he dies. Will his new wife get the condo, the money in the bank, and the life insurance policies? Or will they remain mine?
