Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Sister is executrix of moms estate in MA. There are myself and 4 other siblings (5 in all). I had quick claimed my time share to my mom and she never had time to sign it back to me before she died - (however I have a letter from her dated and signed 28 days before she died ) saying she wanted to get the timeshare back in my name.

Myself and 2 siblings have signed a document to have the timeshare put back in my name - the other 2 feel it should be theres or the $ from / or going towards it should be theres?

Can the executrix force this or can I put a Lien on my other 2 unwilling siblings homes until they cooperate?
