Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Can I sue my Aunt's trust for being left out. She wrote that her greatneices and nephews were to be given money. Everyone's name is listed except for mine. What can I do, if anything?

With rare exceptions, a person may leave his or her estate to whomever he or she wishes, and may exclude anyone he or she wishes to exclude. This does not appear to be one of those exceptions, and I don't believe there is anything you can do.

If you believe your great aunt intended to leave you money, and you believe that the omission of your name from the will was unintentional, and you have some form of proof of this, you may sue the estate to correct the will.
