Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

I have a will and am a widow. I named my 2 grandsons and my nephew to get 1/3 of all...Do I need to go back to lawyer to change that or can I write and have notarized different people to inherit whatever is left?

I would recommend you have a new Will written by an attorney, so the new Will is less likely to be challenged or if you write something that is incorrect. A simple Will should not be very expensive to have done for you if all you want to do is to leave everything to certain people.
