Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts
What benefits am I entitled to?
If I resign my position will I be covered by the workers compensation insurance for my follow up doctors appointments and the current physical therapy that I have been approved for on my case.

Yes. Since you were injured on the job, you are entitled to beneifts even after you leave your employer. Call me if you need help filing a workers comp claim
