Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

Can a business pick and choose who they will pay for the week, because they do not have enough money to pay everyone. then give out the remaining checks in the middle of the following week, and most of those check bounce.

Also is it legal to pay comissions and then as of jan 2009 stop paying them and not even say anything to there employees?

Employers must pay their employees within whatever regular time period exists. Employers cannot pick and chose. This violates the law. You can file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office.

If there is an agreement to pay commissions, those must also be paid. This is a contractual violation.
