Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

injured at work waiting for dr.s next visit.have been going to pt for three weeks during working hours.workmans comp just approved for six more visits.problem is workmens comp says because my dr. ok 'd me for light duty up to forty hours a week,that i must do my pt before or after working hours,or i will not be paid is this true?
