Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

money in her bra

we employ a bartender that uses her bra as a pocket. she puts the tips customers give her into her bra cup. she has come down with a severe case of poision ivy on her breast the side she keeps her money in. i do believe that the money may have been exposed to the ivy leaf somehow and being in her bra she has a bad case of it. is she entitled to any kind of workers comp? this is a tough one. hope to get an answer.

Your bartender is absolutely entitled to workers compensation benefits for her injury. Hope you have workers compensation insurance, otherwise it will cost you a bundle when she files a claim.
