Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

How can I win with the truth?

I have a great attorney who has done and still working in my complicated case. I got hurt in the job felt down the stairs since that I been thru so much pain and been diagnosed with chronic back pain and fibromyalgia. I have a great team of doctors on my side and I also have the truth on my side but I got this giant company that since a change of supervisor all they want is to crush me, when all I really want is to get medical bills paid and be compensated till I get well. I don't understand this system. Any advice? Thanks!

I assume that your case is being denied and you are involved in litigation. That can be hard when you are not feeling well. Ask your attorney to answer your questions about the WC system. If you still need answers, feel free to contact me for a second opinion.
