Green Card

my husband went back to mexico to get his visa. How can i et him back over here. He needs our son and i came back here a week ago to try to find out whats going on with his paper work. I don't know who to contact his lawyer won't call me back. Please can you help me.

Dear Maam,

It would be best to still try and contact his current attorney since he would be familiar with the file. If you do need another attorney you will have to get a copy of the file and get the new attorney up to speed on the case. We would need to know what status your husband was in and why he is now not permitted back into the US.
