Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico
can i get my husband across the borderwith a marriage license only
we will be married for 2 years in September. He needs to go back to Mexico for a short time but immigration would not take the paperwork last year when we tried to do things legally. How can I get him back to me in S.C. if he goes home for a few months.

you need to make a spousal petition for your husband

you need to make a spousal petition for your husband which will give him work authorization wothin 8 weeks. But if eh has enterd the country illegally...he would not be able to adjust in the US..he needa to go back to Mexico and apply for waiver.
